Victory’s sanctuary and fellowship hall are available to church members and to the wider Wichita community — weddings, receptions, homegoing services, banquets, showers, and community meetings. You do not have to be a member here to be welcome here.

Both spaces for the same day, with setup and cleanup time included. Our most-requested wedding option.

Rates include setup and cleanup time. A staff member is on site for the duration of your event. Tell us your date and we’ll confirm availability and walk you through the rest.

Pastoral Services
An Officiant, a Counselor, a Pastor
Dr. Pennington and the ministry team serve couples, families, and individuals across Wichita — whether or not Victory is your home church. Conversations are confidential, and where clinical care is what’s needed, we’ll say so and help you find it.
Wedding Officiant
Dr. Pennington officiates weddings at Victory and at venues across the Wichita area. Includes the ceremony, the rehearsal, and two premarital sessions.

Premarital Counseling
Four honest conversations before the wedding — money, family, conflict, intimacy, and faith. Open to couples whether or not you marry here.

Grief & Loss Care
Walking with families through loss, before and long after the funeral. Individual sessions and seasonal grief groups.

Pastoral Counseling
Confidential pastoral care for marriage strain, life transition, addiction, or a season you can't see your way through. We will also refer to licensed clinical care when that is what you need.
