Ministry
We exist to serve — meeting people at their point of need with the compassion of Christ.
Who We Are
A Liberationist church, striving to set the captives free
Empowering and inspiring the people of our community to experience victory through the message and ministry of Jesus Christ.

Victory Community of Faith is a family of believers in South Wichita who take Jesus at His word when He said He came to preach deliverance to the captives.
For us, that liberation is not only spiritual. It is the chain of debt broken off a household. It is a young man who finds purpose instead of a cell. It is a grandmother who gets prayed for and then gets driven to her appointment. Freedom that stops at the church door was never the gospel.
Whoever you are and whatever you are carrying — you can come as you are, and you will not be left as you were.
Renew › Reposition › Revitalization
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Romans 12:2
We exist to serve — meeting people at their point of need with the compassion of Christ.
Everything we have belongs to God. We manage our time, talent, and treasure as people accountable to Him.
The good news is too good to keep. We carry it into our neighborhoods, our workplaces, and our city.
No one should walk alone. We build a family where people are known, loved, and held up.
We don't just make converts — we grow followers who look more like Jesus every year.
We give God our whole heart in praise, in giving, and in the way we live Monday through Saturday.

Senior Pastor
Founding pastor of Victory Community of Faith, author of four books, and director of the L.E.A.D. Institute. He preaches a gospel that sets captives free — from sin, from shame, and from the chains of debt and poverty that hold families back.
Victory is served by ministry leaders across worship, youth, children, outreach, and administration. We’re adding their introductions here.
